Phoenix Goes Crazy

by Valerie Kuehne

Phoenix Goes Crazy is composed of B-sides, rarities, and a previously unreleased group improvisation. Furthermore, this album pays homage to my darling cat, Phoenix, who passed away June 2012. She and I would play a game called "go crazy", where she would hop on my bed and wait for me to manhandle and ruffle her, making her crazed. She would hop off the bed and stand next to me, waiting for me to throw her on the bed, starting the process over.
